Wil Wheaton: I had an idea a couple of months ago, and instead of dismissing it like I typically do when I have an idea, I just made some notes and more notes, and pretty soon, I had about 40 pages of notes and an idea.

Christina Aguilera: You really have to reprogram your mind and find resources to help readjust anxious thoughts and calm yourself.

Wheaton: I have absolutely no idea. (laughs)

Aguilera: Overthinking! Bored.

Wheaton: It kind of depends.

•••

Aguilera: It’s always changing.

Wheaton: That was 35 years ago.

Aguilera: My skin feels rejuvenated and it lifts my mental state a bit.

Wheaton: Not really. That comes from learning to build boundaries and establish, protect and hold boundaries.

Aguilera: Some in childhood, and then in a house I bought as an adult, both were really freaky.

•••

Wheaton: If you’re familiar with The Next Generation episode “Tapestry,” if you pluck at a single thread, the whole thing comes undone.

Aguilera: And maybe a hair of the dog, which would be a Bloody Mary or an ice-cold beer. Classic.

Wheaton: It’s sad. We have no other choice.

Aguilera: I have some stories!

Wheaton: But I hate auditioning.
