SHOWCASE: Two Gallants

San Francisco-based Two Gallants have been attracting a lot of attention after the release of their self-titled new album last fall on Saddle Creek records. Their raw incorporation of hard-edged folk influences, drawing equally on Johnny Cash, early Elvis Costello, and Tom Waits, gives the music a refreshing bite. This particular video, however, is a softer song that's slipped between the cracks a bit.  It was shot during a Portuguese bull fighting festival in California.
