  • Amazing to think of everything that was happening in the world, everything that had yet to happen, and would soon, or would take years, and yet the scene itself, could’ve been taken today. Except for the classically dour expressions of people in old photographs, there’s something profound about how ancient and static the everyday...‘scene’ on Earth is, playing in the grass, in the sun, the smell of the warm summer air...
