Black Moses Forever
This past weekend was a bad one for soul men. First Bernie Mac, then Black Moses himself, Isaac Hayes. Here he is in 1973 playing a cover of Burt Bacharach's "The Look of Love." R.I.P.

Its so sad, all these famous people dying. Plus, death comes in threes, so all I can say is that Samuel L. Jackson better be carful! I don't want another one!
Sure it's sad, Marilyn, that Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes died, and at young ages, but people pass on every day, every minute, and no one but the families give it a thought. That's why I thought the reaction to the equally sad premature deaths of Tim Russert and Tony Snow, both, by all accounts, good men devoted to their families, was over the top. Let the loved ones mourn in peace.
