So I
started a new diet this week. I call it a VbW diet, which stands for
"vegetarian before the weekend." This is inspired by Mark Bittman's
VbD diet, or "vegetarian before dinner."I've leaned vegetarian for a long
time, so for me it's not about swapping out alternate proteins for meat. Hell
I've been addicted to Morningstar Farms nuggets for years now. The reason
behind the decision is to get me cooking more. Cooking and eating out
less. The wonderful thing about veggies is that they're best fresh, and in fact
are hard to come by in carry out food. One can be a "pasta-terian"
with carry out food, but I am desiring more.
